Prices and wash packages are subject to change at the discretion of Snappy; all such changes will be reflected on www.snappy.lk and via the app
PAYMENT TERMS:
Bookings are charged upon completion of the services requested. Customers can make the payment through cash or process payment through a valid debit/credit. Any card declined will lead Snappy to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided.
Snappy will start a collection process after the lapse of 24 hours of being notified of the refusal of the customer’s card.
Late, Cancellation & Reschedule
You may, reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled booking time, free of charge.
However, for any cancellation within 2 hours prior to the scheduled booking time a sum of Rs.250.00 will be charged from the customer, which will be subject to deduction from the next scheduled appointment, in order to compensate the technician.
These rules apply for any retail price.
Satisfaction Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with any particular task performed by the employees of Snappy there is a formal way to submit any complaint, by completing a feedback form sent via email.
All requests referring to our satisfaction policy should be sent to Snappy within 48 hours following the date of the scheduled booking.
Damages and Liability issue
Snappy is comprised of a network of independent contractors that are fully insured. In unique cases of liability or damages, Snappy will support in gathering information and mediating the process to best resolve any liability issues that occurred during any particular task performed by the employees of Snappy.
Snappy as a platform is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Rain checks
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, service providers may arrive up to 30 minutes late.
You may cancel/ reschedule any appointment free of charge if a Snappy detailer is later than 30 minutes without any prior notice either via message or call.
Snappy shall do its best to let users know about any delay in providing service.
Coupon & Referral Policy
From time to time, Snappy may offer a loyalty program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Snappy services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Snappy, depending on the type, amount, and the continuation of services you obtain from Snappy.
Note that combining credits and sharing the accumulated credit with any other registered or non-registered Snappy customer in any manner listed below, but not limited to, is not allowed.
To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Snappy and use your Referral Link to sign up for the Services.
You are not allowed to collect referrals by:
- self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;
- referring anyone who is an existing Snappy customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address;
- using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;
- posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;
- permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account;
- referring fake people to Snappy, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Snappy with false or misleading information;
- using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Snappy in a negative light; or
- referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.
Termination of Services
If Snappy determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of any of these terms, Snappy reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers or services rendered by Snappy.
Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Snappy reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
